The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on Exts.P3 and P4 representations dated 23.5.2013 and 10.10.2017 respectively within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.
Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
