JUDGMENT
The petitioner had a rival claim with the 5th respondent to
the post of Junior Hindi Teacher in the V.H.S.S.Valancherry in the leave vacancy arose from 26.10.1999 to 9.3.2000. Ultimately, it appears that the 5th respondent was found rightful claimant to the above post.
In that view of the matter, I am of the view that the matter
can be closed. However, it is made clear that I have not adverted to the merit of the issue. Leaving open the issue, the writ petition is closed.
