JUDGMENT
Petitioners are concerned with Ext.P9 complaint filed before the 2nd respondent under the Notaries Act, 1952. Petitioners raise an allegation against the 3rd respondent of an attestation made without the presence of executor. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent has filed a Counter Affidavit. It is stated that the 2nd respondent has already issued a notice and an objection has been filed by the 3rd respondent. It is for the 2nd respondent to decide as to whether any enquiry is to be conducted.
In such circumstance, the 2nd respondent would decide on the issue and pass written orders, which shall be communicated both to the petitioners and
