Though when this writ petition filed by the petitioner hospital seeking orders of police protection came up for consideration, considering the nature of the dispute and the request of the parties, order dated 5^th of October 2017 was passed referring the dispute for mediation. Accordingly, the dispute was mediated and the parties have settled the dispute. The terms of the settlement have been incorporated in the mediation agreement dated 17^th October 2017, which is also placed on record. Now that the dispute has been settled between the parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing that the parties will be governed by the terms of the memorandum of agreement dated 17^th of October 2017 which will form part of this judgment. It is also directed that in the event, in future, the petitioner requires

any police assistance they may report the matter to the second and third respondents who thereupon will take action in
