The grievance voiced by the petitioner in the writ petition concerns the inaction on the part of the third respondent in accepting Ext.P1 gift deed presented by the petitioner for registration on the ground that there is discrepancy as regards one of the boundaries of the property referred to therein. According to the petitioner, when objection was raised by the third respondent as regards the discrepancy in the boundary of the property, Ext.P3 location certificate and Ext.P4 location sketch issued by the Villege Officer were made available. It is pointed out that despite the said certificate and sketch,

the document is not being accepted for registration.

The learned Government Pleader, on

instructions, submitted that the petitioner was only directed to produce documents to establish the undisputed boundaries of the property and that the document can be registered in the light of Ext.P3 location certificate and Ext.P4 sketch.

In the light of the submission made by learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to register Ext.P1 gift deed, if the same is otherwise in order.
