Ext.P1 is an application preferred by the petitioner for

building permit. The grievance voiced by the petitioner in the writ petition concerns the inaction on the part of the respondent Panchayat in taking a decision on Ext.P1 application for building permit.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned counsel for the respondent Panchayat.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent Panchayat to take a final decision on Ext.P1 application preferred by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. Ordered accordingly.
