The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking an order to quash Exts.P7 and P8 orders issued by the 2nd and 4th respondents, by issuing a writ of certiorari and for other consequential reliefs.
Today, when the case is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. A memo to that effect has also been filed. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
