JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed challenging Exhibits P3 and P4 orders to the extent it denies the monetary benefits on the conversion of the part time post held by the petitioner as full time to the date of Exhibit P3 order. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Exhibit P5 appeal preferred by the petitioner against Exhibit P4 order of the AEO is pending before the Government. It is therefore contended that the Government is to be directed to consider and pass orders on Exhibit P4, since the petitioner is due to retire from service.
In the above view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to take up, consider and pass orders on Exhibit P5, treating it as a revision, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
