JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner against the
denial of education loan by the first and third respondent Banks.
Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel submitted that he has already approached another Bank for the very same relief and therefore this writ petition is not pressed.
Writ petition is dismissed as not pressed, however, the questions of fact and law raised in the writ petition are left open.
