The petitioners seek order of police protection. According to them, the party respondents are on agitation against a proposal for establishment of FL-1 shop in the factory premises of them and as a result, the activities in the petitioners' factory premises are obstructed.
W.P.(C) No.11722 of 2017
has been called off, there is no cause for the petitioners to seek an order of police protection.
Therefore, we record the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for respondents 4 to 6 and on that basis, this writ petition is disposed of.
