This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P2, by which the Kerala Education Rules are amended by Kerala Education (Amendment Rules), 2016 ordered as per G.O.(P) No.199/2016/G.Edn. dated 03.12.2016. This Court has already considered the validity of the said Rules in the judgment dated 11.10.2017 in W.P.(C) No.1356 of 2017 and connected cases, the case of the petitioner will also be governed by the said judgment.
