J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is the Convenor of the workers engaged for execution of a work by the Forest Department. The workers carried out a portion of the work. According to the petitioner, the department has not effected the payments in respect of the portion of the work executed by the workers. The petitioner, therefore, seeks appropriate directions in this regard, in this writ petition.
