JUDGMENT
P.N.Ravindran, J.
This appeal arises from the judgment delivered by a learned single judge of this court on 13.11.2015 in W.P.(C) No.10238 of 2015. The appellant is the third respondent therein. When this appeal came up for consideration today, it was submitted on behalf of Sri Sreedhar Ravindran, learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant Bank has complied with the judgment of the learned single judge and therefore it does not wish to prosecute this appeal any further.
In the light of the above submission, the writ appeal and the application to condone the delay are dismissed as withdrawn.
