This writ appeal has been filed against the judgment of the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C).No.18787 of 2013 dated 9.02.2015. This appeal is accompanied by C.M.Appln.No. 1109 of 2017 seeking to condone the delay of 889 days in filing the appeal.
We have by an order passed today dismissed the said application detailing the reasons that found favour with us in doing so. Our observation in the order dismissing C.M.Appln.No. 1109 of 2017 will also apply in full force to the decision that we are taking in this appeal.
In view of the fact that we have refused to condone the delay in filing the appeal and in view of the fact that we have noticed that the Corporation has completely complied with the directions in the impugned judgment in this appeal, we see no reason to take on file this appeal and we, therefore, dismiss the same.
