Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and we are not
inclined to interfere with the matter. No person has a right to get a posting at a place of his choice. In that view of the matter, even if a wrong fact was given by the learned Government Pleader for the State as regards the location of his place of posting, it does not make any difference. The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
