The present appeal is against an interim order dated 28.03.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No. 10812 of 2017 by learned single Judge of this Court whereby the appellant was directed to consider the case of the writ petitioner for promotion.
that the writ petitioner had taken up a contempt proceedings as well.

was no intentional violation of the order of this Court. He further states that DPC is likely to be convened again shortly and therefore the contempt proceedings should not have been taken up by the writ petitioner.
Be that as it may, these are matters which the learned single Judge has to consider but in view of the facts aforesaid, in our view, there is nothing for us to interfere in this intra court appeal. We order accordingly and the appeal stands disposed of.
