J U D G M E N T
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the
matter can be closed in view of the findings entered by the lower appellate court that all the issues can be decided in the partition suit pending before the Subordinate Judge's Court, Thiruvananthapuram as O.S.No.21/2010. It has also been pointed out that another set of parties have filed another suit for partition which is also pending before the Subordinate Judge's Court, Thiruvananthapuram as O.S.No.2191/2014.
In the result, this Second Appeal is closed, in the light of the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant. All the interlocutory applications in this appeal are closed.
