In the result, this review petition is disposed of in terms of the Mediation Settlement Agreement. The final decree shall stand modified in terms of the Mediation Settlement Agreement, which shall form part of the final decree. In view of the settlement and the present decree, R.F.A. No.405 of 2015 of this Court has become infructuous. The entire court fee shall be refunded.
