O R D E R
The Review Petition is filed seeking review of the judgment dated 16.03.2017, by which this Court had directed the respondents to release vehicles to the petitioner, which had been the subject matter of seizure by the respondents in the writ petition, on the ground that the vehicles had been used for illegal extraction of earth from the writ petitioner's property. In the judgment, after finding that there was no illegal extraction being carried on by the writ petitioner, this Court directed the respondents in the writ petition, to release the vehicles to the petitioner, subject to the petitioner giving an undertaking to the 4th respondent that as and when any further extraction is resorted to from the writ petitioner's property, the same would be done only after due intimation to the statutory authority concerned. It is not in dispute that after the judgment of this Court, the vehicles have since been released to the writ petitioner. Under the said circumstances, I am of the view that nothing survives to be considered in the Review Petition.
The Review Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
