This appeal arises from the decree and judgment passed by the Court of the Subordinate Judge of North Paravur, on 22.11.2011 in O.S.No.488 of 2010. The appellant is the sole defendant there. By the impugned decree and judgment, the respondents/plaintiffs were allowed to realise the sum of 13,59,408/- with interest at the rate of₹ 6% per annum on the principal sum of 10,00,000/- from the date of₹ suit till realisation from the defendant and his properties.
