J U D G M E N T

1.The petitioner has approached this Court, challenging Ext.P7 order of the Principal Munsiff's Court, Alappuzha in IA No.3010/2014 in OS No.603/2014. The petitioner's application for restoring the possession of the plaint scheduled property has been dismissed by the impugned order.

2.I do not find any infirmity with the above order. However, taking note of the fervent plead made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen, this Court is of the view that the Principal Munsiff's Court, Alappuzha shall dispose of the suit, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
