Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner who is the 2^nd defendant in O.S.No.442 of 2013 pending before the Additional Munsiff's Court-II, Neyyattinkara. Reckoning nature of the order that has to be passed in this case, I find no reason to issue notice to the respondent.

Prayer in the petition reads as follows:

“i) issue an order or direction directing the 2^nd Additional Munsiff Court, Neyyattinkara to dispose of O.S.No.442/2013 as expeditiously as possible within the time fixed by this Honourable Court.

ii) such other direction or order as this Honourable Court deem fit and proper for the circumstances in this case.”
