JUDGMENT
This appeal is preferred against the award in O.P.(MV) No.1310/2012 of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Irinjalakuda, which was filed by the appellant claiming compensation for the
injury sustained to him in a motor accident on 1.10.2012. The appellant was working as Animation worker and was getting ₹10,000/- per month. He did not adduce any oral evidence. On
the basis of Exts.A1 to A12 , the learned tribunal assessed the compensation. As per Ext.A8, there was disability of 10.82%, but the learned Tribunal considered only 5 percentage disability and awarded a sum of 98,740/- as compensation by₹
the tribunal. Being aggrieved by that, he preferred this appeal.
When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel
for the appellant submitted that he is not interested in

prosecuting the matter and seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.
In the light of the above submission, this appeal is
dismissed as withdrawn.
