There is no representation for the revision petitioner. This revision petition has come up for final hearing after so many postings. On the last posting date also, the revision petitioner was absent, and there was nobody to represent him. In view of the consistent absence of the revision petitioner, the revision petition will have to be dismissed for default. It appears that the revision petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the revision. After recording his absence in court, so many postings were made by the court in the interest of justice. Despite such postings, nobody turned up to represent the revision petitioner.
In the above circumstance, this revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
