fine amount which is equal to the amount covered by the dishonoured cheque coming to Rs.2,00,000/-. Sri.O.D.Sivadas, learned counsel appearing for R2(complainant) submits on the basis of instructions from his party that the 2nd respondent (complainant) will leave that aspect to the discretion of this Court, as the matter which requires priority is finalising this dispute, in view of the long pendency of the matter. Further it is submitted by Sri.S.Abhilash, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner(accused) that the petitioner had already deposited an amount of Rs.20,000/- before the trial court in relation to this case during the pendency of the Criminal Appeal and further that in compliance with this Court's interim order dated 12.04.2017 passed in this revision, the petitioner had deposited an amount of Rs.50,000/- before the trial court in relation to this case and further that the petitioner(accused) had directly paid an amount of Rs.25,000/- to the 2nd respondent (complainant) during the pendency of this revision etc. Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent (complainant) submits that if the petitioner has deposited any amount in the trial court in relation to this case, then those
