The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that even though the petitioner filed Annexure-A5 application for releasing an amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited by the petitioner before the Family Court, the court below did not even accept Annexure-A5 application. In view of the above submission, the court below is directed to accept Annexure-A5 application and pass orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
