J U D G M E N T
It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that the directions in the judgment dated 29.08.2016 in W.P(C).No.20898 of 2016 have been complied with, although the petitioner has not been given an appointment as Anganwadi Worker on account of her falling lower in priority than others, who had applied for the post. Taking note of the said submission of the learned Government Pleader, I close the contempt of court case, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to impugn the order passed against her in appropriate proceedings, if so advised.
