JUDGMENT
This contempt case is filed by the petitioner complaining that the directions contained in the judgment in W.P.(C). No. 17612/2016 dated 23.11.2016 are not complied with. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that directions are complied with. Therefore, I do not find any reason to pursue the contempt proceedings any further.
Hence, the contempt of court case is closed.
