J U D G M E N T
In the morning when the case was called, there was no representation for the petitioner and the case was passed over to 1.45 p.m. At 1.45 p.m. also, there was no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Pleader has produced a copy of the decision taken by the Local Level Monitoring Committee in adherence to the direction of this Court in the order dated 6th April, 2016. Going by this order, it could be seen that the Local Level Monitoring Committee of which the respondent is the Convener has taken a decision, in compliance with the direction of this Court.
