Petitioners are the accused in Crime No.637 of 2016 of Hemambika Nagar Police Station registered for the offences under Sections 118, 201,301, 323 324 and 343 of IPC.

The prosecution case is that they committed murder of their brother Manikandan. It is submitted that they have been in custody since 19.9.2016 and final report has already been filed. I am satisfied that their further detention is not necessary and they may be released on bail.

In the result, this Bail Application is allowed.

i. The petitioners shall be released on bail on

their executing a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) each with two solvent sureties each for the

like sum to the satisfaction of the lower court concerned.

ii. They shall appear before the court concerned as and when they are asked to do so.

¶29

iii. They shall not intimidate or attempt to influence the witnesses, nor shall they get themselves involved in any other criminal case.

they shall file an affidavit to that effect within five days of their release.
