JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to consider Exts. P1 and P2, which are complaints filed against the first respondent by the petitioner/wife. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that action was taken and the first respondent was suspended from service, and later on dismissed.
Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
