J U D G M E N T
The learned Counsel, appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition is filed against the common order at Ext.P3, which dealt with five shop appeals. Three connected matters are said to have been dismissed by this Court on 26.02.2013 in W.P.(C) Nos.21363, 21426 and 22217 of 2008.
Following the aforesaid judgment, the present writ
petition also would stand dismissed. No costs.
