J U D G M E N T
It is stated by the learned Standing counsel for the respondent bank that, during the pendency of the writ petition, the entire amount due to the respondent bank has already been paid to it pursuant to a compromise entered into between the petitioners and the respondent bank, and the title deeds pertaining to the properties mortgaged to the bank by the petitioners has since been returned to them. Taking note of the said submission of learned counsel for the respondent bank, the writ petition is closed as infructuous.
