JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks permission to remit the amount due towards the drawing of High Tension Electric Lines to the apartments. Ext. P2 representation put in by the petitioner in this regard is pending consideration with the second respondent.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation with notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent. The award in O.S.No. 1610/2014 as well as Ext.P3 notarised affidavit shall be adverted to in the exercise. Final orders shall be passed within a period of one month from today.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
