JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court, aggrieved by Exts.P7 and P11 orders, passed by the respondent board, granting the petitioner the benefit of One Time Settlement (OTS) Sceme. In the writ petition, the contention of the petitioner is essentially that the computation of the arrears due from the petitioner, was not done in accordance with the OTS Scheme and therefore, a direction was sought to the respondents to recompute the amounts and to grant a restoration of the electric supply to the petitioner's premises, pursuant to the payment by the petitioner of the recomputed amounts. When the matter was taken up for orders today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he can effect payment of the amount demanded in Ext.P11, within a week from today, and comply with the other directions in Ext.P11, as and when the time for the same arises. Taking note of the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to ensure that the electric supply to the premises of the petitioner is restored on the petitioner complying with the directions regarding payment of the
