J U D G M E N T
The petitioners had approached this Court aggrieved by Exts.P1 and P2 penalty notices issued to them under the Income Tax Act. When the matter was taken up for admission, it was pointed out by the learned Standing counsel for the respondents that Exts.P1 and P2 notices have since been withdrawn. Taking note of the said submission, and finding that the grievance of the petitioners in the writ petition does not survive, the writ petition is closed as infructuous.
