In the light of the Larger Bench decision of this Court in Chirayinkeezhu Service Co-operative Bank Ltd. V. Santhosh (2015 (4) KLT 163) the matters with respect to the disputes in respect of the employees of Co-operative Societies are to be adjudicated under Section 69 of the Co-operative Societies Act, 1969 by the Cooperative Arbitration Court. Therefore reserving liberty to the petitioners to approach the Arbitration Court, these writ petitions are disposed of.

The Co-operative Arbitration Court shall entertain and dispose of the matter in case the petitioners approach the arbitration court with appropriate application within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
