The writ petitioner is a contractor. He wants to take part in a tender floated as Ext.P1 by the PWD Department. The petitioner submitted his tender through online. According to the petitioner this was responded with negative message as technical failure. The petitioner submitted online tender on the last date of tender that is 15.2.2016. According to the petitioner, this Court had extended the time to submit the tender in W.P(C) No.2232 of 2016 and also in another matter. Therefore the respondents may be directed to extend the deadline of the tender submission.
