The petitioner has paid cost pursuant to the order passed on 25.7.2012. As the order dated 25.7.2012 itself was conditional, the writ petition would stand dismissed for non prosecution in terms of the order dated 25.7.2012 itself. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
