JUDGMENT
The challenge in this writ petition is against an award of the Industrial Tribunal. Though it is reported that the 1st respondent is no more, no steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives of the 1st respondent. This writ petition is therefore abated.
In the result, this writ petition is dismissed as abated.
