JUDGMENT
Petitioner has not taken any steps to serve notice on the respondents. Even though the writ petition was posted before the Registrar on 26.7.2016, there was no representation and it was thereafter only that it was posted before this court. Today also there is no representation. I do not think that petitioner is interested in this matter since the matter is pending from the year 2013 and despite the lapse of 3 years, petitioner has not taken any steps.
Therefore, writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
