The petitioner submits that the writ petition itself
was filed against a demand made pursuant to an assessment of building tax. The appeal filed by the petitioner has been allowed partly and the amount reduced and the petitioner's grievance is redressed is the submission. In such circumstance, the writ petition would stand dismissed as infructuous.
