The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by Ext.P3 order issued by the 2nd respondent. The petitioner passed CBSE Examination in the year 2003. Thereafter, he approached the authorities to correct his surname as well as date of birth in the CBSE certificates. The said application has been rejected by Ext.P3.
