JUDGMENT

The limited request of the petitioner before this court is that Ext.P2 shall be considered by the first respondent. Ext.P2 is the application filed under section 26A of the Kerala Head Load Workers Act for registration of its loading and unloading workers.

Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and the second respondent.
