Petitioner is complaining of the lack of proper investigation in Crime No.601/2015 of Erumely Police Station relating to the death of her son Ramees Sainudheen.

The learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the investigation has already been handed over to the District Crime Branch and the investigation is also over. The Deputy Superintendent of Police of the Crime Branch is conducting the investigation. The investigating officer is presently waiting for the FSL report, in order to file the final
