JUDGMENT
The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the second respondent to pass orders on the request of the petitioner for numbering a building and for consequential reliefs. However, notice to the second respondent has not been served, since no steps were taken by the petitioner. The writ petition, which is filed in 2010, has been pending before this Court without notice being taken out to the second respondent for the last six years. In the above circumstances, there is no justification for keeping this matter pending in this Court any longer. This writ petition is accordingly closed.
