J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has filed this writ petition as early as in the year 2010 seeking certain directions to enable her to apply for private registration to sit in examinations in the year 2010. At the time when this writ petition was filed, certain interim order has been issued. Since more than seven years have elapsed after the filing of the writ petition, I do not think there would be a requirement of any further orders in this writ petition. Hence, confirming the interim order dated 01.02.2011, this writ petition is disposed of. In the facts and circumstances of this case, I order no costs and the parties are directed to suffer the respective costs.
