These writ petitions arise out of the orders issued retrenching the petitioner in the Staff Fixation Order for the year 2008-09 and the subsequent order of deployment. On the basis of the interim order, the petitioner as well as the party respondent were continuing in the aided school in which they were working. Now the learned Government Pleader submits that, as of now the petitioner as well as the party respondent had already been deployed to the Government schools since there are no posts in the aided school in which they were working. Therefore, no purpose will be served in deciding the issues raised in these writ petitions.

Hence, the writ petitions are closed.
