This writ petition is filed seeking directions to

appoint the petitioner to the post of HSST(Hindi) in the 5^th respondent school. It is submitted that there exists a management dispute with regard to the management of the school in question. In the above circumstances, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P11 representation before the third respondent, pointing out her claim for appointment to the post of HSST(Hindi).

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for is limited to a prayer for consideration of Ext.P11 representation pending before the third respondent.
