Being aggrieved by the orders passed by the respective authorities under the Right to Information Act, petitioner has submitted Ext.P5 appeal before the third respondent, which is pending consideration on and with effect from 4.6.2015. The grievance voiced by the petitioner is non-consideration of the same on an early date. It is in this background seeking appropriate direction, this writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, respective Standing Counsels for the respondents and perused the documents on record and pleadings put forth.

Learned standing counsel for the third respondent submitted that, the appeal preferred by the petitioner is not in proper format as prescribed under Kerala State Information Commission (Procedure for Appeal) Rules, 2006. Therefore, the petitioner is directed

to make a proper appeal in the format as prescribed

under law within a week and if such an appeal is filed the same shall be taken into consideration along with Ext.P5 and take a decision on the same, within three months from the date of receipt of appeal in the format.
